Santeri Holdings LLC was founded to develop a system for fair price discovery in precious metals markets.
Alex Godell holds a Master of Science in Mineral Economics from Colorado School of Mines. After completing his studies, he was hired onto the Strategic Finance team at Alcoa. His mandate was to work with the Executive Committee to craft a strategic vision for the portfolio of alumina assets and conduct the financial modeling which supported that direction, whether through curtailments, capital investments, acquisitions, or divestitures. He left to co-found Santeri.
Ralph Godell holds a Bachelor of Science from Michigan State University and Juris Doctor from Wayne State University Law School. He served as in-house counsel for mining companies for most of his career, beginning with Cyprus Minerals in Denver, Colorado. He then joined Placer Dome, which brought his family to Santiago, Chile from 1993 to 1998 while the company was developing the Zaldivar copper mine and La Coipa silver mine. He returned to Colorado as General Counsel for Luzenac America Inc., a subsidiary of Rio Tinto, before going into private practice.
